In this sense, TrackMaven, a marketing analysis software, analyzed nearly 18,000 brands in social networks and came to the conclusion of the best time to interact with consumers
in each of them.
Of course, it depends a lot on the industry, the social network and the target audience (which in the US will certainly be different from the public in Portugal). However, it is possible to get a rough idea on the best times to find your fans online.
. We know that late afternoon and early evening are always the best times to post on Facebook because it is a time when people come home and seek to relax. But be aware that on Thursdays, at 8:00 p.m., a customer / fan is more likely to click, like, or share a publication.;
. Portuguese fans are stubborn about not joining this social network, but if your business is the exception, know that the best day to post a tweet is on Thursdays at 5:00 p.m.;
. As for Instagram, the best time to post a photo or video is on Friday evenings.
. Linkedin does not follow the rule of publications at the end of the day, which is not surprising given that it is a network of professional contacts. So the best time to post on this social network is Wednesday mornings.
But as we said, it all depends on your type of business and the social network you use. Publications that make sense on Facebook may not make any sense in Instagram or LinkedIn, for example. On the other hand, TrackMaven analyzed various types of business and concluded that the hours also differ from industry to industry: the best time for an airline to publish on the social network is not the same as that of a fashion or design company.
